Location : Watson IOI Citymall , Watson Alamanda & Watson Dpulze Cyberjaya!

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional skin analysis and consultation to customers.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on skin conditions and customer needs.
• Promote and sell skincare and beauty products.
• Educate customers on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of consultation or treatment areas.
• Keep up to date with skincare trends, products, and industry knowledge.
• Assist in stock management and product merchandising.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in skincare, beauty retail, facial treatment, or aesthetic industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and consultation skills.
• Passionate about skincare and customer service.
• Sales-oriented and confident in product recommendations.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
