Vehicle Operation & Transportation

• Transport company management and staff to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is operated in accordance with road safety laws and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out, before and after use.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and other road users.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to safety protocols (e.g., seat belts, safe driving practices).

Dispatch

• Perform dispatch duties, including the collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and company items to designated locations.
• Ensure timely submission and collection of documents from banks, government agencies, clients, suppliers, and other external parties.

Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection

• Perform daily checks on the vehicle, including tire pressure, oil levels, brakes, and other critical functions.
• Report any maintenance needs or issues to the supervisor immediately and take the vehicle for repairs as needed.
• Keep track of the vehicle's service schedule, ensuring it is serviced regularly and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain a log of mileage, fuel usage, and other vehicle-related details.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
