1. Responsible for leading the business planning covering after sales performance measures (Parts and intake, profit, revenue and retention). 2. Analyze historical data, market trends, and business drivers to develop accurate forecasts and planning. 3. Monitor and evaluate after sales performance against targets, identifying gaps and recommending improvement actions. 4. Ensure high accuracy and integrity of data prepared in reporting and planning. 5. Develop forecasting models, tools or dashboards to improvise reporting and forecast accuracy. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning assumptions and execution. Support management with timely insights, reports, and recommendations to drive business growth and customer retention. 7. Monitor key KPIs such as Customer Retention, Parts Sales and Service Intake. 8. Oversee the activities within the team to ensure executed according to plan. 9. Execution & Monitoring of department KPIs - PDCA, Budget, Business Plan.

Pay: RM4,087.46 - RM7,200.00 per month
