Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant – SailPoint to join our Identity and Access Management delivery team. The successful candidate will support the design, configuration and implementation of IAM solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ / IDN.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical consulting experience, client-facing skills and hands-on delivery experience across IAM implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM implementation projects using SailPoint IIQ / IDN.
• Work with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design, configure and implement IAM capabilities such as lifecycle management, application onboarding, workflows, provisioning, access reviews, reporting, roles and SoD.
• Support IAM strategy, solution design, business cases and RFP activities where required.
• Advise clients on IAM controls, regulatory compliance and security remediation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and technology vendors.
• Provide SME guidance and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
• Prepare and review client-facing documentation and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IAM consulting or implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or SailPoint IDN.
• Experience delivering IAM projects across the full SDLC.
• Good understanding of IAM concepts such as JML, access request, access review, RBAC, SSO, MFA and SoD.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional project teams.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR or PSD2 is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• SailPoint certification.
• Experience with Okta, CyberArk, ServiceNow, SAP IDM or Micro Focus.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA or ITIL.
• Experience in consulting, Big 4 or professional services environments.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, BeanShell, XML, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Active Directory or SQL.

Pay: From RM12,000.00 per month
