Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior PAM Consultant to lead and support Privileged Access Management implementation projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea, and will be comfortable working in client-facing consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PAM solution implementation, configuration, migration and upgrade activities.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and design PAM solutions.
• Implement and configure PAM tools across Windows, Linux and enterprise environments.
• Support privileged account lifecycle, password management, privileged remote access and access policy design.
• Integrate PAM solutions with directories, databases, applications and infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on PAM best practices, privileged account security and incident response.
• Support project planning, timelines, task management and delivery reporting.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including demos, proposals, RFI and RFP responses.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional PAM consulting or engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major PAM platform: CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea.
• Experience designing and implementing PAM solutions for enterprise organisations.
• Strong knowledge of privileged accounts, password vaulting, session management and access control.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, LDAP, directory services, databases and network infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot PAM applications, integrations and API configurations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Product certification in CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea.
• Experience with SailPoint, Micro Focus or Ping Identity.
• Experience integrating PAM with SAP environments.
• Understanding of IAM, IGA, SSO and MFA.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA or ITIL.
• Consulting or Big 4 experience.

Pay: From RM14,000.00 per month
