Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock movement (stock in / stock out).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure merchandise displays are well-organized and aligned with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management review.
• Coordinate stock transfers between outlets and warehouse.
• Ensure product labeling, pricing tags, and product information are accurate.
• Assist in planning product displays and promotional setups.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Ensure proper stock arrangement and storage organization.
• Perform on-site duties across multiple branches as required.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including morning or night shifts depending on operational needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent. (Freshgraduate encourage to apply)
• Experience in merchandising, inventory, or retail operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel between branches and work flexible hours (morning/night shifts).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
