Job description:
- Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance to customers regarding the company’s products and services.
- Deliver precise, clear, and easily understandable information to customers and business partners.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, or escalate them to the relevant department when required.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure all customer matters are properly addressed.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Individuals who are retrenched, currently unemployed, or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- 12-month contract position with potential for permanent placement upon successful performance.

- Salary increment upon confirmation.
