Location: Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

• Bake sourdough bread, cakes, cookies, pies, and other pastries/desserts.
• Follow SOP and recipes diligently.
• Listen to instructions from the head baker.
• Maintain attention to detail for consistent quality.
• Assist with stock take and inventory stock count.
• Follow daily production planning.

Requirements:

• Bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate.
