Job Scope:

As a Project Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth recruitment operations and administrative support across the team. Your responsibilities include:

- Recruitment Support

  • Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Expertise & Client Enablement
  • Post job ads across job portals and social media.
  • Input and update candidate resumes and records in the recruitment system.
  • Standardize candidate CVs before presenting them to clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (Zoom/phone/face-to-face).

- Executive & Director Support

  • Schedule and send Zoom meetings for the Director and clients.
  • Remind the Director of upcoming meetings in advance.
  • Once a month, follow up with the Director to obtain the necessary information and update it on the BNI platform.

- Client Success Team Support

  • Assist in drafting Talent CVs for client submissions.
  • Provide administrative support during peak hiring seasons (e.g., preparing documents, follow-ups, reporting).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, and proactive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online tools (Zoom, job portals).
  • Reliable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
