We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Intern to support operational improvement projects, reporting, process optimization, and business transformation initiatives across multiple departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business analytics and operational reporting
  • Process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Data analysis and dashboard preparation
  • Internal project coordination
  • SOP and process documentation
  • Performance tracking and KPI monitoring
  • System testing and operational reviews
  • Compliance and operational governance support
  • Cross-department operational initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Profficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working with data, processes, and structured reporting

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 -6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
