Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

  • Support office operation, equipment procurement, repair & maintenance, service contract etc.
  • Arrange flights/hotels for business trips
  • Address any ad-hoc duty as assigned by CEO

  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist recruitment coordination such as interview arrangement or onboarding support
  • Address employee rules, welfare and its related matters
  • Maintain HR data and liaise with 3rd party service vendor

  • Accounting Support
  • Support the 3rd party vendor with monthly accounting closing
  • Liaise with Japanese finance team for consolidated accounts

  • Logistics Support
  • Support import coordination operations including shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, vendor communication etc

  • MUST TO HAVE:
  • More than 3 years of working experience in the back-office set-up such as HR, accounting, general affairs
  • Fluency in English and more than daily communication level of Japanese
