As an Area Manager for Restaurant & Bar, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple restaurant and bar locations within a designated geographical area. Your primary objective will be to ensure that each establishment meets and exceeds company standards for quality, service, and profitability. You will provide leadership, support, and guidance to restaurant managers and their teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the operational performance of each restaurant and bar within the area.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for each location, including revenue targets, expense controls, and profitability goals.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost savings.
- Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and labor expenses to optimize profitability while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Recruit, hire, and train restaurant managers and staff members to ensure adequate staffing levels and a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet operations, retail, or F&B management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of outlet operations, customer service, and staff management.
- Ability to monitor sales performance, operational costs, and business profitability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
- Willing to travel frequently between assigned outlets.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
