Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Control:

Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards throughout the production process.

Conduct on-line quality checks during production and collect samples for further analysis.

Maintain meticulous QC records and process checklists to ensure comprehensive documentation.

Conduct hygiene monitoring, inspecting the cleanliness of production areas and staff hygiene practices.

Contribute to audits, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Training & Development:

Ensure operators consistently follow standard parameters and foster a strong quality awareness culture within the production team.

Provide training to staff on essential Food Safety practices, including GMP, hygiene protocols, and Critical Control Points (CCP).

• Compliance & Documentation:

Manage export documentation to ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations and quality standards.

Verify that all product labels meet both regulatory and customer-specific requirements.

• Operational Support:

Assist in sampling, testing procedures, and equipment calibration to maintain accuracy.

Support pest control activities to ensure a hygienic production environment.

Manage and control the usage of production tools efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Basic foundational knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Highly detail-oriented and disciplined in approach.

A system thinker and problem solver, capable of controlling quality across the entire supply chain.

• Education:

Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or an equivalent field.

• Experience:

1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food or manufacturing sector. Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds will also be considered.

• Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
