Job Description

• Maintain accurate participant records, including names, contact details, and submissions, while preparing written summaries to identify duplicates or invalid entries.
• Prepare daily reports to monitor entries, engagement (such as comments), and submissions, as well as to track overall campaign performance.
• Support the winner verification process by drafting communication templates, winner announcements, and instructions for prize fulfilment.
• Handle written communication with vendors or merchants to facilitate campaign collaborations.
• Conduct research on competitor contests and industry trends, and compile findings into structured briefs and comparison reports.
• Assist in event execution by preparing promotional content, event schedules, and post-event summaries.
• Provide support for ad-hoc tasks, with a focus on developing documentation, communication materials, and campaign-related content.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Entrepreneurship / Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
