Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections for PCBA products.

- Conduct product testing, verification, and validation activities.

- Monitor SMT, PCBA, and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

- Investigate product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformance issues.

- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

- Review workmanship quality based on IPC standards and customer requirements.

- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records.

- Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Process teams to improve product quality and yield.

- Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality system compliance activities.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, ESD requirements, and company procedures.

- Support continuous improvement and quality improvement projects.

- Monitor calibration status of inspection and testing equipment.

- Candidates with basic solder knowledge are an advantage.

Additional info: Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.

- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably from PCBA / Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.

- Candidate must come from a manufacturing PCBA company background.

- Knowledge in SMT process, PCB assembly, and electronic components is required.

- Soldering knowledge and understanding of soldering workmanship standards are an added advantage.

- Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards and ESD requirements.

- Experience in handling quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems.

- Able to read technical drawings, BOM, specifications, and procedures.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality reporting tools.

- Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Additional details: Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer complaint handling and audit support.

- Knowledge in AOI, X-Ray, functional testing, and inspection processes.

- Soldering Skills

- IPC certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
