Job Summary:

• Lead new Project start-up execution
• Lead engineering change implementation
• Lead new manufacturing process/material study and DOE
• Support engineering issues investigation and solution
• Support alternate part sourcing (technical)
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and contractual security obligations
• Follow information security policies, procedures and guidelines as established by the organization

Duties And Responsibilities:

• To fulfill job summary stated above with respect to the following items (where applicable):

1.1 Manufacturing documents:

• 1.1.1 BOM
• 1.1.2 Procedures, work instructions and guidelines
• 1.1.3 Control plans, FMEA and Process flowchart
• 1.1.4 Specifications and drawings

1.2 Manufacturing requirements:

• 1.2.1 Cycle time and UPH
• 1.2.2 Line setup and manpower
• 1.2.3 Testing instructions and software
• 1.2.4 Golden sample
• 1.2.5 Tools - jig, fixtures and equipments
• 1.2.6 IC Programming
• 1.2.7 Packaging
• 1.2.8 Yield
• 1.2.9 Mechanical parts
• 1.2.10 Process and tools validation

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
