Position: Project Management Internship

Location: Skudai

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist marketing project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for various marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Support marketing project managers in project execution and tracking progress against timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure projects are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives

  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and document project meetings and decisions

  • Assist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, particularly as they relate to marketing strategies and tactics

  • Develop project management tools and templates specific to marketing projects to improve project efficiency and effectiveness

  • Provide regular updates to marketing project managers and other stakeholders on project progress, particularly as it relates to marketing metrics and KPIs

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing project manager or supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools preferred, particularly as they relate to marketing projects

  • Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics preferred

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship (typically 3-6 months)

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interest in marketing and digital media

  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Understanding of SEO best practices

  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

  • Availability to work flexible hours when required
