Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PMC Manager to oversee production planning, material control, and inventory management. The successful candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, procurement, warehouse, and customer service teams to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently.

A PMC (Production Material Controller) Manager is mainly responsible for making sure the factory has the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantity, so production can run smoothly without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders, production capacity, and delivery schedules to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery
• Plan and manage material requirements based on production schedule and forecast
• Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate with suppliers regarding material delivery, lead time, and quality issues
• Prepare and monitor monthly procurement and production plans
• Handle quotation for new products and verify invoicing prepared by team members
• Manage defective materials and ensure proper scrap/disposal process
• Adjust production planning based on customer requirements or urgent orders
• Lead, guide, and supervise PMC team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify issues in supply chain/material flow and implement corrective & preventive actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMC / Production Planning / Supply Chain in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Strong knowledge of production planning and material control processes
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO14001 standards is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
