Job Description
- Define and lead the end-to-end security strategy for the transformation program, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Govern identity, access, and authorization design across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal security requirements, including SoD and risk controls.
- Oversee security architecture, design reviews, approvals, and remediation of security gaps.
- Manage security testing, access provisioning, and cutover readiness to support a secure go-live.
- Act as the escalation point for security risks and incidents, and support post go-live stabilization and compliance monitoring.
A Successful Security Lead (TM) Should Have
- Have strong experience in enterprise security, particularly within large-scale transformation or SAP programs.
- Possess deep knowledge of IAM, SoD, risk management, and security architecture principles.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise in SAP security (e.g., S/4HANA, GRC) and integration with non-SAP systems.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence across business, IT, and leadership teams.
- Be well-versed in regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex security risks and incidents.
- Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, (preferred).
- Contract: 6 months
