What We’re Looking For:

•  2+ years of professional Python development experience
•  Solid understanding of web technologies — HTML, CSS, XPath, DOM navigation
•  Hands-on experience with browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
•  Experience with REST API integration
•  Able to write stable, maintainable scripts — not just scripts that work once
•  Self-directed — you can take a problem, figure out the approach, and deliver

 Bonus Points:

•  Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make, or similar workflow automation platforms
•  SQL / basic database knowledge
•  Experience with Git and version control
•  Background in fintech, insurance, or financial services

We’re looking for a backend developer who loves building things that run on their own. You’ll own our automation and integration layer — designing and maintaining the systems that connect our platform to external services, keeping data flowing reliably, and eliminating manual work across our operations.

This is a hands-on technical role with direct impact on how fast we can serve customers.

What You’ll Do:

•  Build and maintain automation workflows that interact with web-based platforms and external systems
•  Write clean Python scripts for data extraction, web interaction, and process automation
•  Develop and maintain API integrations with third-party services
•  Monitor, debug, and improve existing automation — handle errors gracefully, ensure reliability
•  Work closely with operations and product to identify manual processes worth automating
•  Document your work so the team can maintain and extend it
