Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in operations, office administration, or finance support roles, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking abilities.
  • Organisational Prowess: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-Oriented: Proactive in executing work with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft, accounting systems, and analytical tools.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Coordination: Act as the key liaison to the COO in driving operational and property management initiatives across managed sites.
  • Property Operations Support: Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution of operational plans, maintenance matters, and service delivery standards.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare operational reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support management decision-making and property performance improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Building Managers, Operations, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely execution of projects and operational matters.
  • Executive Support: Assist in the preparation of management reports, presentations, proposals, and official communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Coordination: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to enhance the COO’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meeting Management: Coordinate monthly operations meetings, management discussions, and ad-hoc meetings, including scheduling, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, Joint Management Bodies (JMBs), Management Corporations (MCs), vendors, and service providers when required.
  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by the COO or senior management from time to time.
