Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: F&B Vending Service
Position Title: Sales Coordinator
Working Location: Bukit Merah (Walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.45am – 5.30pm), Alternate Saturday (8.45am – 12.45pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary (Yearly increment) + Variable Bonus (Profit Sharing)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales coordination, delivery arrangements, and machine deployment.
Maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
Liaise with the Director, Operations Manager, and clients to support business needs.
Review and interpret sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate closely with drivers, technicians, and administrative staff.
Source and pursue new leads and growth opportunities to expand market coverage.
Handle contracts, agreements, and tender documents, including proofreading and ensuring accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel for numerical data handling and reporting.
Detail-oriented with proofreading skills for contracts, agreements and tender documents is added advantage.
