 Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing a petrol station, preferred at Shell Station.
  • Certified with SHELL RC. SOW Training Certificate will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication skills and comfortable with numbers and calculations.
  • Flexible, multi-task, good presentation & analytical skills.
  • Possess drive, creativity and initiative; confident, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, roster scheduling, sales performance and cash-handling skills.
  • High commitment to safety compliance and numerical accuracy.Independent and also a team player.

Tanggungjawab

We are hiring an operational Petrol Station Manager to oversee a Shell service station and convenience store. The ideal candidate will manage / train staff, manage inventory, secure 100% financial accuracy, and strictly enforce Shell's safety standards. 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Operations & Safety
  • Manage daily station, convenience store, and maintenance activities.
  • Enforce Shell Safety Standards, HSSE audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain the station's Licence to Operate (LTO) protocols.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness (First Aid, Fire Drill, COPS).

2. Inventory & Fuel Management

  • Supervise fuel levels, dipping tests, and delivery discharges.
  • Monitor stock levels for dry goods, fuel, and pastries.
  • Lead monthly stock counts and submit inventory reports.

3. Finance & Reporting

  • Submit daily ROMPOS and operational reports to Shell.
  • Prepare 100% accurate daily Shift Financial Reports.
  • Minimize cash shortages through strict auditing and CCTV tracking.

4. Staff Management

  • Recruit, schedule, and train staff (cashiers, taggers, merchandisers).
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage monthly HR attendance.
  • Ensure team completion of Shell GEA training modules.

5. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive management targets for fuel, lube oil, and KPR.
  • Execute Shell marketing campaigns and station promotions.
  • Resolve customer feedback to protect brand image.
