• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT application or system support.
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply. 
• Proficient in PHP, Visual Studio Code, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and strong SQL scripting skills.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and data integration tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive to join our IT team to support and manage in-house software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in application support, and a solid understanding of database management and reporting tools.

• Provide first- and second-level support for enterprise applications to internal users.
• Perform application design, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Assist in gathering user requirements, system design, and implementation of application features.
• Customize reports and data outputs as per user or departmental requests.
• Manage SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and ensure smooth data integration with internal systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation when necessary.
