Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to support the WO 27 CMM TC Onshore Support project for ACI in Singapore. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical consultancy, application support, and coordination for project implementation and support activities at the client location.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical consulting and support services for project implementation and ongoing operations.

· Support system configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting activities.

· Perform issue analysis, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

· Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

· Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation and status updates.

· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor of Engineering or related technical qualification.

· Experience in technical consulting, application support, or enterprise system support environments.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

· Good understanding of system integration and support processes.

· Ability to work in a client-facing environment with effective communication skills.

· Experience in payment systems or financial services projects will be an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

Full-time support at client site in Singapore.
