Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support the NETS Onshore TC Support project with ACI Worldwide Corp in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical consultancy and hands-on support for migration, configuration, customization, integration, and issue resolution activities related to CMM products and services.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver technical consultancy services to support migration and implementation requirements.

· Provide hands-on technical support for CMM product configuration, customization, and integration services.

· Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical requirements are met.

· Support system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

· Prepare technical documentation and maintain project-related updates.

· Coordinate with stakeholders and client teams for smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (B.Tech IT preferred).

· Experience in technical consulting, application support, or system integration environments.

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

· Good understanding of system configuration and customization processes.

· Ability to work in a client-facing environment with strong communication skills.

· Experience in payment systems or financial services domain will be an added advantage.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid work model with support required at the client site in Singapore.
