Customer Support Executive
Employment Type: 12 months contract
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
• Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm (On-site role, not WFH)

Responsibilities
• Support the customer service and sales teams.
• Manage incoming communications across multiple channels.
• Represent the company as a professional brand ambassador when engaging customers.
• Maintain filing systems and manage company records.
• Coordinate communication between Jurong and Sungei Tengah offices.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Update and maintain plant and product stock lists, catalogues, website, and server records.
• Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and project documentation.
• Manage office and pantry supplies inventory and orders.
• Perform front desk duties and welcome guests.
• Handle general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• N’Levels, O’Levels, or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good time management with ability to multitask.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and email systems.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Training will be provided.
