Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

• Plan and run Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram 
• Plan and run Google Ads 
• Set up retargeting campaigns 
• Test ad creatives, captions, audiences, and offers 
• Monitor ad performance, leads, sales, ROAS, and conversion rate 
• Improve campaigns based on performance data 

E-Commerce & Online Sales

• Set up, manage, and optimise the Shopify store 
• Set up and manage TikTok Shop with proper sales SOP 
• Upload and optimise eBay product listings 
• Improve product titles, descriptions, photos, pricing, and listing quality 
• Drive sales through Shopify, eBay, Instagram, TikTok Shop, and paid ads 

Digital Marketing & Content

• Create or coordinate daily posting for TikTok and Instagram 
• Prepare sales-focused product content 
• Support Instagram enquiries and online customer engagement 
• Build the brand’s online presence from scratch 
• Support existing WhatsApp business communities when needed 

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads 
• Able to launch and manage paid campaigns independently 
• Understands online sales funnels, retargeting, traffic, leads, sales, and ROAS 
• Experience with Shopify and e-commerce store management 
• Experience with TikTok Shop, eBay, Instagram sales, or social commerce is preferred 
• Able to write or improve ad copy, captions, and product listings 
• Sales-driven, data-driven, and results-focused 
• Able to work independently without close supervision 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led business 
• Experience in luxury goods, fashion, retail, reselling, or premium products is an advantage 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia 

First 30 Days Expectations

Within the first 30 days, the candidate is expected to complete:

• Shopify store set up and optimised 
• TikTok Shop set up with sales SOP 
• eBay product listings uploaded 
• Daily TikTok and Instagram posting started 
• First Meta Ads campaign launched 
• First Google Ads campaign launched 
• Basic tracking for ads, enquiries, sales, and ROAS set up 
• Initial online sales strategy prepared with the founder 

Commission Structure

Online bags sold per month:

1 to 5 bags sold: RM215 per bag
6 to 10 bags sold: RM320 per bag
11 to 20 bags sold: RM430 per bag
More than 20 bags sold: RM535 per bag 

Commission starts from day one.

The more online sales the candidate generates, the more they can earn on top of the basic salary.

We are hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist for a fast-growing luxury bag reselling business.

The company already has strong offline and WhatsApp-based sales. We are now looking for someone who can build and grow online sales through paid ads, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.

This role is suitable for someone with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, online sales conversion, and digital campaign management.

This is not a basic marketing assistant, admin, or content-only role.

Main Focus of the Role

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns 
• Drive online enquiries and sales 
• Build online sales channels from the ground up 
• Improve digital presence across Shopify, TikTok, Instagram, eBay, and Google 
• Work closely with the founder to grow online revenue
