We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team and help turn data into meaningful business insights.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about analytics, reporting, and problem-solving — with a strong interest in using data to support smarter business decisions and operational improvements.

ROLE MISSION

To collect, analyze, and interpret data that helps teams make better decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support reporting accuracy and data-driven decision-making
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable findings

Business Intelligence & Insights

• Analyze operational, customer, and business performance data
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization
• Support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
• Assist teams with data interpretation and reporting needs
• Contribute ideas to improve business performance and efficiency

️ Data Management & Quality

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Organize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting files
• Support reporting standardization and documentation efforts
• Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and business teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present findings and updates clearly and professionally
• Support projects focused on business improvement and analytics
• Contribute to a collaborative and data-driven culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting concepts
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
