In this role, you will ensure a smooth embarkation experience for cruise passengers - assisting with check-in procedures, passenger guidance, and accessibility support.
Job Responsibilities
Directional Support
* Guide and direct passengers within the terminal
* Assist with crowd flow and queue management
* Provide clear and friendly directions to guests
Check-In Support
* Assist with passenger check-in procedures
* Verify travel documents and boarding passes
* Handle guest enquiries in a professional manner
Work Schedule
* Weekly deployment on Mondays & Thursdays (Must be able to commit both days)
* Reporting time will be rotational between 6am or 9am (6-8 hours per shift)
* Minimum 3-month commitment
* Contract renewable based on performance and operational needs
Training Details (Compulsory)
* Training period: 3rd week of June to 2nd week of July ( To Be Confirm)
* Total training hours: 6-20 hours
* Training rate: $12/hour
* Training must be completed before deployment
Salary
• $16/hour for actual deployment (post-training)
