Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems.
• Record invoices, receipts, and transactions.
• Handle other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process supplier invoices.
• Prepare payments and ensure timely disbursement.
• Perform creditors’ reconciliation.

Job Requirement

• Education: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Soft Skills: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems.
• Availability: Preference for candidates who can start immediately or on short notice.
• Experience: Industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
