• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating theatre, ensuring all protocols are followed.
• Support surgeons during procedures by handling and providing instruments and supplies.
• Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and prepared for use.
• Monitor and assist with patient care throughout the surgical process.
• Comply with strict infection control and safety guidelines.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of surgical procedures and equipment utilized.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid license from the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Previous experience as a Scrub Nurse or in an operating theatre setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
