Job Description

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, systems, and dashboards.
  • Partner Billing & Payout Oversight
  • Manage partner billing and payout cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Reconcile financial data across systems and partner records to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with finance and partner teams to streamline and optimize billing workflows.
  • Ad-hoc Initiative Coordination
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
  • Assist in developing pitch decks, proposal slides, and presentation materials for internal and external use.
  • Manage timelines, communication, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of assigned initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
  • Proven work experience in data analysis or as a Project Manager.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisation.
  • Equip with people management skills is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of logistics networks / retail networks is a bonus
