·               Lead/supervise to handle and oversee full-set accountingfunctions including GeneralLedger, bank reconciliation, and monthly/year-end closing.

·               Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, management accounts

·               Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for compliance with MAS and other regulatory requirements.

·               Assist in budgeting, forecasting,variance analysis, and financial planning activities.

·               Liaise with auditors, tax agents,banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.

·               Support GST reporting, tax matters, and statutory compliance requirements.

·               Handle ad-hoc finance, reporting, and accounting assignments as required by management.

·               Maintain and update corporate / secretarial registers and assist in the preparation and drafting of board resolutions, minutes and other statutory documents.

·               Perform timely filings for corporate and secretarial and annual returns
