Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product & Marketing Executive to support product management, purchasing coordination, and marketing activities for our safety equipment portfolio. The role involves working closely with suppliers, sales teams, and customers to ensure product availability, market competitiveness, and effective promotional support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and detailed product information to ensure accuracy and market relevance
- Coordinate purchasing processes by liaising with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and stock levels for timely availability
- Support sourcing initiatives by identifying and evaluating new safety products and suppliers to expand the portfolio
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand planning to optimize stock and meet customer needs
- Prepare accurate quotations, product documentation, and marketing materials to support sales and promotional efforts
- Assist in organizing product launches, promotions, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to respond to product inquiries and fulfill customer requirements effectively
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Maintain up-to-date product certifications, technical datasheets, and compliance documentation to ensure regulatory adherence
- Support digital marketing activities by updating website content, catalogues, and social media to enhance brand presence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in distribution, industrial products, or safety equipment is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn about industrial and safety products
- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
