Job description:

 

The Business Management Office (BMO) supports the CEO and senior leadership team in driving business planning, transformation initiatives, and governance across BCS. The intern will assist in preparing executive presentation materials, supporting project tracking, and coordinating reporting requirements. The role offers exposure to strategic projects, senior management engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within internal stakeholders in a payments infrastructure environment.

 

  • Assist in preparing executive presentation materials for senior management, board, and regulatory meetings.
  • Support project tracking and consolidation of updates across multiple initiatives.
  • Help with preparation of governance materials, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for project and governance updates.
  • Assist in streamlining reporting processes, dashboards, and templates for management reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Management Office as required.

 

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
