We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) to join our growing team and help transform data into meaningful business insights.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Data Analyst, you will support teams by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover insights that improve performance, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Support KPI tracking and business performance monitoring
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable findings

Business Intelligence & Insights

• Assist in analyzing operational and business performance data
• Support forecasting, planning, and reporting activities
• Identify opportunities for process and performance improvements
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
• Contribute to strategic and operational analysis projects

️ Data Management & Quality

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Organize databases, spreadsheets, and reporting files
• Support documentation and reporting standardization efforts
• Ensure proper handling of sensitive and confidential data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, marketing, and business teams
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Present findings clearly and professionally
• Support data-related initiatives and improvement projects
• Contribute to a collaborative and analytical work culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Understanding of reporting and data visualization concepts
• Good written and verbal communication skills
