We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee / Assistant Restaurant Manager. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, staff supervision and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).
Job Description:
Ensure the highest standards of food, beverage and service quality are consistently met
Assist in maintaining restaurant equipment, ensuring functionality, cleanliness and safety
Collaborate with the back of house (BOH) team on food presentation, kitchen procedures, and service-related areas
Coordinate departmental responsibilities and follow up on operational tasks
Follow proper procedures and be meticulous in completing secondary duties assigned
Train, guide, and motivate both front of house (FOH) and BOH staff
Monitor guest feedback, address complaints promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in F&B
Able to perform multi-tasks
Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene practices at all times
Enjoys challenges and able to perform well under pressure
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills
Applicants with a valid Food Safety Course (Level 3) Certificate will be prioritized
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on weekend and public holidays
Candidates may be considered for Management Trainee or Assistant Manager roles depending on their experience
