Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Representative based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Brand Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, representing clients’ brands in a professional manner, and promoting brand awareness through direct interaction. The role involves building positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the brand's values are effectively communicated and upheld during all interactions.

• Proficiency in Brand Ambassadorship and building Brand Awareness
• Experience in Customer Service and handling customer interactions
• Ability to represent brands professionally and connect with diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• SPM and above
