Your main responsibilities shall among others include the following:
Maintenance & Repair Works
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for outlets, offices, and company facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, and general maintenance issues.
- Attend breakdowns and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
- Ensure all repair works are completed safely and efficiently.
Outlet Support
- Provide maintenance support to all outlets and operational locations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and preventive actions.
- Ensure outlet equipment and facilities are functioning properly at all times.
- Support outlet opening, renovation, relocation, and reinstatement works when required.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance assets in good condition.
- Monitor spare parts usage and report low stock for replenishment.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of maintenance equipment and materials.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance or project works.
- Ensure contractor works comply with company standards and safety requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Update maintenance records, service reports, and job completion status.
- Report major maintenance issues and recommendations to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper documentation for repair and servicing activities.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company SOP, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety and legal requirements.
- Practice proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment.
Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or Head of Department and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance or technician experience.
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repair works.
- Able to work independently and travel to outlets/sites when required.
- Possess valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in retail outlet/F&B outlet environment will be an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Able to respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment handling.
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
