Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Purchasing team in daily operations, reporting, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and category priorities
  • Update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and purchase records
  • Track purchase orders and delivery status
  • Ensure accuracy of invoicing and support timely submission to Finance
  • Support purchasing activities in accordance with SOPs and company policies
  • Prepare and update purchase cost, supplier performance, and material reports
  • Assist in planning material orders and processing Purchase Requisitions (PR)
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and support issue or complaint resolution

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, or inventory systems (ERP knowledge is a plus)
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive

Job Types: Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
