Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive, based in Petaling Jaya. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing budgets, and overseeing event logistics such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and on-site management. The Event Executive will also support marketing efforts and ensure the smooth delivery of events that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Event Planning, Project Management, and Organizational skills
• Strong Communication, Client Liaison, and Interpersonal skills
• Vendor Coordination, Budget Management, and Scheduling experience
• Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using event management and productivity software
• Experience in on-site event execution and attention to detail
• A degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Prior experience in the event management industry is a plus
