Job Description

As a Strategic Planning Intern, you will support strategic campaigns, communications, and people engagement initiatives under the CEO Office. Your role will involve assisting with campaign planning and execution, conducting market research, analysing data and insights, preparing presentation materials and reports, and coordinating with various stakeholders to support business and engagement initiatives.

You will also support internal and external communication efforts by helping to prepare communication materials, coordinate townhalls and EDMs, and assist in organising engagement activities such as project engagement sessions, CSR initiatives, and other people-focused events. This internship provides valuable exposure to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate majoring in Business, Management, Communications, or other related disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing tasks independently
• Able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 5 to 6 months
