POSITION OVERVIEW
An Administrative Executive (Accounts Receivable Sales) supports both the finance and sales functions by managing customer billing, collections, sales documentation, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth order-to-payment processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform accounting data entry and assist in daily accounting activities
* Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documents
* Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
* Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
* Assist in sales report compilation and reporting duties
* Answer customers’ enquiries and coordinate with sales team on account matters
* Handle filing, documentation, and general administrative duties
* Support other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent qualifications; Diploma holders preferred
* Preferably with at least 1 year of related experience
* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Able to send and reply to emails and WhatsApp professionally
* Good command of English for communication
* Positive attitude, meticulous, flexible, and willing to learn
* Takes initiative and works well as a team player
* Good organisational and multitasking skills
* Salary commensurate with experience
