Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in George Town, Penang. The Operations Coordinator and Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure the smooth running of programs, and liaise with volunteers and stakeholders. Tasks include managing administrative activities, coordinating program logistics, assisting beneficiaries, and maintaining proper records of operations. The role also involves ensuring high-quality customer service and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing operational efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with beneficiaries, volunteers, and stakeholders
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance for managing records and office tasks
  • Strong decision-making abilities and teamwork mindset


Working Hours : 10.00 am to 6.00 pm

Work Location: In person

Salary Range : RM 2500 to RM 3000 per month
