Job Summary

We’re expanding our manufacturing operations in Singapore and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Director to lead production, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
• Drive production planning, capacity management, and on-time delivery
• Partner with engineering, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support NPI (New Product Introduction)
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and shorten cycle time
• Build, lead, and develop a strong production team
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards
• Support audits, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• 15+years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience
• Strong background in production, planning, and process improvement
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with ISO, safety, and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
