This role is the entry point into the SCS (Solutions & Consulting Services) team. Execution-focused — owning the delivery of standard, repeatable configurations and deployments across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. The incumbent operates under close guidance from an assigned Project Lead, builds technical depth and operational discipline, and progresses toward independent project ownership.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute project tasks in accordance with the agreed project scope, design documentation, playbooks, and runbooks as defined in the project framework

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

  • Provision and manage user accounts, groups, and licences in Microsoft Entra ID
  • Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
  • Perform device enrolment and basic compliance policy application via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
  • Support end-user onboarding, account setup, and migration activities during project rollout phases
  • Configure MFA, Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), and basic Conditional Access policies under Project Lead guidance

Ongoing project responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur during the project, escalating to the Project Lead where necessary
  • Manage tickets raised with Microsoft (Principal) — including follow-up and provision of diagnostic logs
  • Maintain thorough project documentation in SharePoint throughout delivery — configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions
  • Participate in project testing, UAT support, and post-go-live hypercare activities
  • Adhere to change management processes and maintain accurate records of all changes performed
  • Shadow and assist in solutions design and planning activities under direct Project Lead guidance


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, cloud administration, or Microsoft 365 / Azure deployment at L1.5–L2 level
  • Mandatory Certifications: AB-900/AZ-900/SC-900
  • Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID — user provisioning, password management, group and licence administration
  • Ability to follow technical runbooks, SOPs, and project task checklists independently
  • Strong communication skills — able to liaise within the project team members clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work in a project-driven environment with defined task priorities and deadlines


SKILLS — MUST-HAVE

  • Microsoft Entra ID — user and group management, role assignments, licence management
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Centre — tenant administration, service health monitoring, user provisioning
  • Exchange Online — mailbox creation, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, mail flow basics
  • Microsoft Teams — team and channel provisioning, guest access management, basic policy configuration
  • SharePoint Online & OneDrive — site provisioning, permissions management, sharing settings
  • Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager — device enrolment (Windows, mobile), basic compliance policy application
  • MFA and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) configuration and end-user support
  • Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles
  • Windows 10/11 desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Strong documentation skills — runbook adherence, knowledge base maintenance, change records
