This is a full-time on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As an E-commerce Executive, you will manage online sales platforms, ensure the efficient execution of sales campaigns, and monitor product listings and stock levels. You will analyze sales performance data, optimize product visibility, and collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies. Additionally, you'll oversee customer inquiries, manage accounts effectively, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and optimize platform performance
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships with online retail partners
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to implement strategies and meet targets
• Team Management skills to collaborate effectively and ensure team alignment with objectives
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the beauty or personal care industry is an advantage
