Job Description
Attend to customers’ enquiries related to OBUs
Liaise with Land Transport Authority (LTA), technical support teams, and child workshops on OBU-related matters.
Maintain and update OBU records accurately in the system.
Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments related to OBU services
Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager
