Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Petaling Jaya. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day clerical tasks, provide administrative support to the executive team, and engage in effective communication to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, managing correspondence, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including scheduling and document management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional Phone Etiquette
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role; experience in real estate or finance is a plus
